摘要 肌细胞生成素(myogenin,MyoG)是生肌调节因子MRFs(MyoD、MyoG、Myf5和MRF4)家族的一员,它的表达具有控制成肌细胞融合的起始,促使成肌细胞的增殖作用,使单核成肌细胞转变成为多核的肌纤维。因此被认为在MyoD家族中具有中心地位。本文就MyoG基因的结构、定位、作用机制、多态性及其与生产性能的关系等作以下综述。 Myogenin gene is one of myogenic regulatory factors (MRFs) such as Myod, MyoG, Myi5 and MRF4. It can control the start of myoblasts fusion, and induce the myoblasts proliferation, and then turn the monocaryon myoblasts to the multinuclear myotubes. Thus MyoG has important function in MRFs. In this paper, the structure of myogenin is described, as well gene mapping, mechanism and genetic variation of myogenin are summarized, and the relationships between myogenin and yield traits are briefly introduced.
