Oa Theory and Practice of the Innovating Property Rights System of the state-owned Enterprise

依据《中国国民经济和社会发展“九五”计划和2010年远景目标纲要》的要求,以国有企业改革为主线,从建立现代企业制度入手,在理论上探讨了国有企业产权制度创新的内容、规范和准则;并结合国有企业改革实践,从可操作性方面构画了国有企业产权制度创新的微观目标和宏观要求。

Based on the demamds of the Outline for China National Economy amd Social Development in the Nineth Five-year plan and Prosperous Aim in 2010 , this article theoretically discusses the contents , the models and the standards of innovating property rights system of state-owned enterprise. It starts with the establishment of modern enterprise system with the reform of state-owned enterprise as the main thread. In conjunction with the practice of innovating the state-owned enterprise , this article also describes the micro-aim and macro-demands of innovating property rights system of state-owned enterprise on the aspect of the feasibility.
