摘要
调制是光电系统中的一个重要环节,目前普遍采用的是电光调制、声光调制等调制方法。本文设计了一种基于锂酸铌电光晶体的电光调制实验系统。该电光调制实验系统主要是验证电光调制原理,并介绍了电光调制在激光通信方面的应用。通过此系统,可以了解晶体电光调制的原理和实验方法,学会在此系统中测量晶体的半波电压,电光系数和消光比等参量。
The modulation is an important link in the photoelectric experiment system. At present, electrooptic modulation and soundoptic modulation are generally used in the photoelectric experiment system. In this paper, we present an electrooptic modulation experiment, which is to prove electrooptic modulation principle and recommend the application for laser communication mainly. In this system, we can verify the crystal electrooptic modulation principle and experiment method, and measure many parameters such as half a wave of voltage of the crystal, and the electrooptic coefficient.
