无创心输出量监测在儿科危重症的临床应用现状 被引量:3

摘要 心输出量(CO)是反映心功能最直接的指标之一。在危重症时进行动态监测有着重要的临床价值。插入肺动脉漂浮导管以温度稀释法(TDCO)测定CO仍是目前临床判断CO的金标准,但由于费用昂贵,操作复杂并可引起一些严重并发症,限制了它的应用范围。近年来随着计算机技术的进一步发展,无创CO监测方法得到临床肯定,下面就对几种常见方法的原理及在儿科领域的应用进行综述。
