小儿腹腔间隔综合征 被引量：4

摘要 腹腔间隔综合征（ACS）是腹腔内高压（IAH）发展到一定程度对脏器功能产生危害的一种综合征。IAH与ACS应是同一病理过程的两个阶段，ACS是IAH的严重阶段。 ACS是近二十年间出现的新概念。国内文献译法不一，有称腹腔间室综合征、腹腔间隔室综合征、腹腔间隙综合征及腹腔室隔综合征等，均指同一疾病。它最初的出现与创伤医学紧密相关，但进一步的研究发现，
