摘要 采用本单位研制的大功率新型脉冲放电电火花表面强化设备,以NiCrMo合金作为强化电极材料,45#钢为基体材料,研究了电火花表面强化过程中,放电电容、放电频率和电极转速对强化层表面形貌、厚度和硬度的影响。研究表明:强化过程中选用高电容、低频率和高转速的工艺参数可以获得性能良好的涂层,平均沉积速度可达50μm/min·cm2。 Using the new type high-power electrosparking surface strengthening technique developed by our laboratory, with NiCrMo alloy as electrode material and 45^# steel as substrate material, a series of experiment were carded out to investigate the effect of the electrosparking surface strengthen capacitance, discharge frequency and electrode pole rotating speed on the morphology, thickness and microhardness of coatings. The results showed that the better performance of the layers can be obtained at the conditions of big discharge capacitance, low frequency and high rotating speed of electrode pole, the average depositional speed can reach 50 μm/min.cm^2.
