职业生涯设计教育在职校德育实践中具有"唤醒、陶冶和体验"的功能。把职业生涯设计教育与学校德育整合起来,能使德育目标更为明晰、内容更为具体、方法更为多元、自我教育的功能更为突出。应构建一套能与德育整合的职业生涯设计教育课程体系并进行相关的的校园文化建设。

Vocational career design education has the function of ＂wakening, cultivating and experiencing＂ in moral education practice in vocational school. To integrate vocational career design education with school moral education can achieve the goal of clearer moral education object, more specific content, more multiple methods and more outstanding self-education function. A set of vocational career design education curricula system that can be integrated with moral education should be set up and corresponding campus cultural construction should be carried out.
