摘要
论述了我国电池行业各类电池在生产中的技术创新方向,碱性锌锰电池实现无汞化生产是技术关键。氢镍电池负极材料的制造技术日益成熟,其技术创新点主要是电池的高容量和较好的安全性。我国已形成聚合物锂离子电池的规模化的生产,使我国锂离子电池产业的整体竞争能力提高。未来几年锂锰氧化物、磷酸铁锂是锂离子电池研究的热点。太阳能电池的光电转换率依然没有较大的突破,未来最有希望的太阳能电池是导电塑料和纳米材料的混合产品,太阳能电池的发展趋势是:轻薄化、提高光电转换率和输出功率,采用新技术或者实现规模生产以降低成本。
The technology and innovation of various type batteries are presented in this review. The key point for Zn/MnO2 alkaline batteries is realizing no mercury manufacture. An active material of cathode for nickel metal hydride batteries have been completed increasingly due to high capacitance and safety. The lithium battery industries have been well developed in China, especially in Li-ion polymer batteries. It is hot spot that the research of the active material of cathode such as lithium manganate, LiFePO4 for Li-ion batteries. The conversion for photoelectricity photon and electron of solar ceils has not got notable breakthroughs. The hopeful solar ceils is a mixed producetion of electric plastic and nanometer material,its developmental direction is frivolity, increasing conversion of photoelectricity and export power,adopting new technology or low cost of a large-scale manufacture.
