摘要
分析了导游拿取回扣的深层原因,提出了建立公正合理的工资制度、建立"佣金"制、实行小费制度、加强教育和培训的力度、加大管理力度重罚违规导游人员、旅游定点购物商品价格的政府监管化等解决途径。
Analyzing why guides get commission privately, the author is putting forward some systems to solve such a problem, to build a fair and reasonable payment system and a ＂commission system＂, to perform intermediary free system, to strengthen education and training to enhance the management system and government supervisation on the stipulated shopping malls of by punishing those guides who violate rules seversly tourism.
