摘要
提出了一种利用第二代电流控制电源传送器(CCCⅡ)设计对数域乘法器的方法。该电路采用了四个CCCⅡ、两个双极型晶体管、几个外接电阻构成对数乘法器,具有低功耗、且可以方便地通过调谐CCCⅡ的偏置电流改变乘法器系数的特点。
A novel log-domain multiplier circuit is proposed by using four second-generation current -controlled conveyors two couple pole transistors, several resistances. It is characterized by its low power consumption and easy parameter adjustable.
