摘要
21世纪的中国要实现经济的发展,更要实现经济的可持续发展。作为支撑国家经济支柱的企业同样如此。当代企业应该以什么方式发展,才能与可持续发展的命题相一致,这是一个重要的课题。本文从企业可持续发展的内涵着手,分析了我国企业组织实现可持续发展所面临的问题,提出了几点基于组织创新的企业可持续发展的对策。
It is necessary for China to promote rapid economic development and more importantly the sustainable economic development in the twenty-first century. The same is true for the enterprises that act as the backbone of the country＇s economy. What way the modern enterprises should choose in the process of development so as to be in harmony with the sustainable development is an important question for discussion. In this paper, the author analyzes the problems and raises some suggestions on the structure innovation in the course of enterpriseg sustainable development.
