摘要
随着社会的发展和生活水平的提高,人们对健康的认识已不再只是身体没有疾病,而是以身心健康作为标准。大学生作为一个特殊的群体,他们的心理健康问题已为社会所广泛关注,从学校体育教育的层面来看,笔者认为,学校体育是学生心理健康教育的有效途径。
With society＇s development and living standard enhancement, people no longer only are the body do not have disease to the health understanding, but is takes the standard by the physical and moral integrity. The university students took special community, their psychologically healthy question for the social widespread attention, looked from the school sports education stratification plane, the author believed the school sports is the student psychologically healthy education effective way.
