腐败是与政府行政权力相伴生的痼疾,既是一个历史现象又是一个国际现象。贪污腐败和寻租腐败是委托—代理模型中最典型的腐败方式,文章在此基础上对贪污腐败和寻租腐败进行成本—收益分析和市场均衡分析,并探讨治理行政权力腐败的有效途径。

Corruption usually goes hand in hand with the government administrative power. It is not only a historical phenomenon but also an international one. The bribe corruption and seeks corruption are the most typical expressions of corruption in the request-proxy model. Based on the expressions, this paper makes a cost-benefit analysis and a market balanced analysis of them, and explores the effective way of eliminating administrative power corruption.
