摘要
文章报告了一项有关元认知策略和自主学习之间关系的实证研究。在研究中,采用了课堂中的元认知策略训练和课后的学习者合约相结合的方法对英语专业二年级学生进行了为期一个学年的元认知策略训练。研究结果表明:一是学习者使用元认知策略提高了。二是元认知策略训练有助于增强学习者的自主意识,提高学习者的自主学习能力,培养他们良好的学习习惯。
This article reports an empirical study on the relationship between metacognitive strategies and autonomous learning. Two modes "Metacognitive Strategies Training in Class" and "Signing Learner Contract with the Learner" are used in the study. The study has got two results. One is that learners have employed metacognitive strategies more frequently in learning English. The other is that metacognitive strategies training can improve the learners' autonomous awareness, develop their autonomous learning habit and cultivate their good learning habit.
