Consideration on Quickening Establishment a System of Agricultural Technician in the Countryside

文章以一起典型的农业技术事故为由,引发了对我国当前农村农技推广服务问题的诸多思考,提出了建立农技推广与农业重大技术事故责任追究制度,建立一村一名农业技术员制度,建立农村技术员的培养和国家扶持机制,以及农村技术员工作的运行机制等政策建议。

Much consideration on agricultural technology extension and services in Chinese countryside were induced in this article because of a typical accident of agricultural technology. It was pointed out that the system of responsibility pursued and asked continually for the fatal accident during agricultural technology extension and the system of ＇one agricultural technician to one village＇ should he established. The policies of agricultural technician training and support by government and operating mechanism for technician services in the countryside were proposed.
