摘要
目的评价氯沙坦与卡维地洛联合治疗慢性心衰的疗效和安全性。方法将120例慢性心衰患者随机分成两组。在常规抗心衰治疗基础上,治疗组口服氯沙坦与卡维地洛,对照组口服卡维地洛,对比两组治疗后的疗效及各项指标的变化。结果治疗组治疗后各指标均明显提高(P<0.05),且总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用氯沙坦与卡维地洛联合治疗慢性心力衰竭安全有效,耐受性好。
Objective To appraise the curative effect and the security of losartsn and carvedilol combination in treating chronic heart failure （CFA）. Methods One hundred and twenty CFA patients were divided into treatment and control groups. Based on conventional treatment, the treatment group were prescribed with both losartan and earvedilol ,while the control group with carvedilol only. The treatment efficacy and other index were compared after treatment. Results After treatment, the total efficiency of the treatment group were significantly better （ P 〈 0.05） compared with that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Losartan and carvedilol combination treatment of CHF is safe and effective.
