急性心肌梗死并束支传导阻滞28例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)伴束支传导阻滞(BBB)心电图改变及表现。方法对28例急性心肌梗死并BBB的心电图分析结果146例急性心肌梗死中,有28例合并束支传导阻滞。其中合并左束支阻滞(LBBB)11例,右束支阻滞(RBBB)14例,双束支阻滞3例。28例AMI并BBB死亡7例,118例AMI不并BBB死亡12例。结论AMI并BBB死亡率高,可能是心肌大面积梗死的表现,因此早期识别、正确诊断、对降低病死率有重要意义。
