Skills in Laying out a Legal Instrument

文书的结构,指的是文书的内部构造及其对材料所作的组织安排,即人们通常所说的谋篇布局。文书的作者在安排结构时,除了应该遵循一些基本原则外,还应该恰当地使用一些结构的技巧。

The structure of legal instruments refers to the internal building and the organizing of materials, usually called material arrangement and layout. The author of a legal document should not only follow some fundamental principles but also apply skills properly when making the layout.
