构建和谐社会与社会主义法治建设二者相辅相成,互为促进。加强社会主义法治建设,必须全面落实依法治国基本方略,加快建设社会主义法治国家。为此,应树立法治精神和规则意识,完善法律体系和法律监督体系,深化司法体制改革,建立法治政府,推进依法行政。

The building ofa harmonious society and the rule of law of a socialist country supplement each other and reinforce each other. Strengthening the rule-of-law construction of a socialist country, we must implement the basic strategy of governing a country according to law in a comprehensive way and accelerate the construction of rule of law. Therefore, we should form the concept of rule of law and the idea of conforming to rules, improve legal systems and legal supervision systems, deepen the reform on judicial system, build a rule-of-law government and promote administration according to law.
