摘要 通过间接合成法得到催化剂B-SBA-15,用XRD表征催化剂的结构。用油酸和乙醇的酯化反应评价催化剂B-SBA-15的催化性能。结果表明B-SBA-15具有介孔分子筛催化剂SBA-15的结构特征。还考察了反应条件对酯化反应的影响,得到最佳条件为:硅硼物质的量比7∶100,催化剂质量为总反应物质量的1%,反应温度120℃,酸醇物质的量比1∶2.5,反应时间5 h。 B-SBA-15 catalyst was synthesized by indirect-method, and characterized by XRD. Oil acid and ethanol were synthesized over mesoporous molecular sieve catalyst B-SBA-15 to evaluate the catalyst performance. Results showed that the structure of B-SBA-15 catalyst resembles that of silica mesoporous material SBA-15. The influence of ratio of silica and boric, oil acid to ethanol molar ratio, reaction temperature, and the mass of catalysts on esterification were also studied. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows: the catalyst composition is 7:100, reac- tion temperature is 120 ℃; the ratio of oil acid to ethanol is 1:2.5, the mass ratio of catalyst to reactant is 1%, and the reaction time is about 5 h. Results indicated that this catalyst has high stability under esterification conditions.
