摘要
研究了45#碳钢固相渗础工艺和配方,用金相显微镜、显微硬度计等研究渗硼组织结构。结果表明:45#钢渗硼层具有高硬度、高耐磨性,优良的耐腐蚀性和抗高温氧化性能。通过调整工艺改变渗硼层厚度可满足工件不同使用性能的要求。
The solid boronizing process and it's properties of boronizing layer of 45. carbon steel are studied. With metalloqraph microscope, microhardness tester, the author inyestigates the structures and properties of boronizing layer. The results show the boronizing has higher hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-thermal oxidation, The thickness of boronizing layer can be changed by adjusting technique in order to satisfy the vari ous property requirements.
