二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵及聚合物的合成与应用

Synthesis and Application of Diallyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride(DADMAC) and Its Polymers

研究了以氯丙烯和N，N-二甲基烯丙胺在水介质中季铵化合成二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵的工艺，有效抑制副反应，不耗用有机溶剂、简化工艺、提高产率；加入丙烯酸胺共聚合制备纺织抗静电剂和水质处理絮凝剂，试验证明该类产品有广泛的应用前景。

DADMAC is prepared from 3 - chloro - propylene (allyl chloride) and N, N -dimethyl diallylamine by quaternarization,and copolymerized with 2-propenamide to produce the anti-static agents for textile use and flocculants for wastewater treatment. The process is effec-tive inhibition to by-reaction,simple operation and high yield without organic solvent. The ex-perimental results show that the products has extensive applied prospects.
