摘要
利用叶片式水力机械内特性解析理论,建立了含导叶不同步装置的水泵水轮机的水轮机区和反水泵区的全特性曲线的数学表达式,得出了求解这两种工况下当量开度的方法。结合水泵水轮机生产厂家所提供的原始模型全特性曲线,对水轮机飞逸工况特征点和水轮机零流量工况特征点给出经验计算公式。含导叶不同步装置机组的理论全特性曲线与实测全特性曲线的对比验证了该理论的工程实用性。
Based on the internal character analysis theory of hydraulic turbomachine, the mathematical expressions of characteristic curves of reversible pump turbine with misaligned guide vanes (MGV) as well as with the equivalent opening of the guide vanes at turbine and pump ranges are derived. With the original characteristic curves of modeling pump turbine with MGV, the empirical expressions at runaway special condition point and zero-flow special condition point are established. The comparison between theoretic and testing complete characteristic curves of the unit with MGV shows that it is useful in the engineering practice.
