The Application of Monte Carlo Algorithm in Shipbuilding Region Task Cost-Control

现代造船成本控制业已突破了经济手段的限制,因此研究包括先进技术和组织手段在内的合适的成本控制手段乃是极其必要的。选取船舶上层建筑一典型分段作为研究对象,考虑分段建造周期要求以及作业人员和生产场地等资源条件限制,引进蒙特卡罗法对作业任务包的安排做出优化,均衡资源利用,实现作业成本控制。

The modern shipbuilding cost-control has already broken through the restriction of the economic means, therefore, it is necessary to investigate proper cost-control methods including advanced techniques and organization approach. This paper selects a typical block of the ship＇s superstructure as research object, considering the period request to the block construction and the condition restriction of resources such as labors and places, etc. Monte Carlo algorithm is introduced to optimize the arrangement of task package, to balance resources usage and to achieve task cost-control.
