摘要
TiO_2多孔薄膜材料与体材料和厚膜材料相比,具有多孔结构和高比表面积,对外界的敏感程度大、响应快,吸附能力强、易于重复利用等优点,在光催化、催化剂载体、传感器及光电子器件等领域有着十分广泛的应用前景,因此,对纳米TiO_2多孔薄膜制备及性能研究已成为材料相关领域的热点之一。本文综述了近年来制备纳米TiO_2多孔薄膜的方法及影响因素,并讨论了目前存在的一些问题和今后的发展方向。
Compared with thick-film material and three-dimensional material, The porous thin film TiO2 materials have the advantages of the porous structure, high specific surface area, high sensitivity to outside, fast response strong adsorption capacity and easy reuse and so on, which make it have very broad application prospects in photocatalysis, catalyst carrier, sensors, optoelectronic devices and other fields. Therefore, the researches in preparation of Nano TiO2 thin porous film and related properties have become one of the hot fields. This article reviewed the recent research progress of various method in preparation of Nano porous TiO2 thin film. And, a few opinions on further studies for preparation of TiO2 thin films were also presented.
