摘要
分析了电机滑动轴承在不同状态下运行的轴心轨迹分布规律,以判断各周期轴心轨迹的重合度为出发点,提出了无量纲象限面积向量法,定量地描述了各周期内轴心轨迹在各象限内的分布;利用象限面积向量信息熵进行综合的、定量地评价滑动轴承各个周期内轴心轨迹的总体分布均匀性,并分别利用海明贴近度和测度贴近度计算方法求解多个周期象限面积向量的贴近度,即轴心轨迹在多个运行周期内的重合度.结合绝对指标,综合、定量地评价转子运行的稳定性.最后,结合实验检验了该方法的有效性和两种贴近度求解方法的效果.
Motor rotator (axle and sliding bearing) axle centre trail distribution regular pattern operating in kinds of situations was analyzed, and from the departure point which to judge coincidence degree of many circles axle centre trail, a new method of refining area vector of axle centre trail in quadrant was developed and applied to describe quantity the distributaries of axle centre trail. Entropy of area vector of axle centre trail in quadrant was used to describe synthetically definite quantity distribution of everyone circle axle centre trail in quadrant. The Haiming close degree and measure close degree were used to compute the close degree of area vector in quadrants of many circles axle centre trail, and the coincidence degree of many circles which describes the rotator operation stability can be described synthetically based on the results. The rotator stability can be evaluated synthetically and quantity by using the two indexes and experiments of motor sliding bearing, the validity of this method and the effectiveness of the two kinds compute method close degree were examined.
