Evaluation system and method of supply chain management maturity

基于对供应链管理涵义的认识,将供应链管理职能划分为5个部分:计划、组织、协调、控制和创新,尤其是提出了创新职能.从五大管理职能出发,结合供应链管理成熟度的评价内容,分析、选择和定义了供应链管理成熟度的评价指标,给出了各个指标的衡量标准与方法.构建了供应链管理成熟度的评价指标体系,并建议采用AHP(层次分析法)和模糊综合评价相结合的组合评价模型对指标体系进行评价,以获得较科学的评价结果.

Based on knowledge of the implication of supply chain management, supply chain management function was divided into five sections which are plan, organizing, cooperation, control and innovation. Especially, innovation function was proposed. Combining the evaluation content of supply chain management, from five perspectives of management function, analyzed and identified every evaluation index of supply chain management maturity and presented their evaluating standard and methods. The evaluation index system of supply chain management maturity was established. In order to achieve comparative rational evaluation result, the evaluation model compounding AHP and fuzzy methods was suggested.
