二氧化碳汽提法大型尿素装置消除瓶颈增产改造途径 被引量:1

摘要 从二氧化碳汽提法尿素装置的工艺和设备技术特点出发,较详细的介绍了国内外对该种工艺的高压圈、低压圈、蒸发和工艺冷凝液回收等工序(二氧化碳压缩机等机泵除外),消除瓶颈、实现挖潜增产改造的途径和部分实绩。并重点分析和指出提高高压圈原设备生产能力是该种工艺装置实现以较少投入求得增产改造的关键。结合被改造装置瓶颈所在,参考使用本文综述之增产改造途径,预期可以实现对原装置进行15%~20%幅度的增产改造。 Starting from the characteristics of CO 2 stripping process and equipment technology in urea unit,this paper describes the approaches at home and abroad for the revamping and debot tlenecking of CO 2 process in high and low pressure systems,vaporization and process condensate recovery sections(except pumps e.g.CO 2 compressor).It is indicatad that to increase the capacity of original equipment in high pressure system is the key to capacity increasing with less investment.Combined with the bottleneck of the equipment to be revamped and the approaches taken,it is expected that 15%~20% capacity increase can be easily realized.
