摘要 当今世界上最具有竞争力的CO_2气提法尿素生产工艺从60年代中期实现工业化以来,经过30年的发展和改进,先后推出5种流程,其中N=3工艺流程虽然节能显著,但因经济等方面的原因,未得到推广应用。新一代改进型CO_2气提流程是90年代的CO_2气提法新流程,尿素—2000^(+TM)超优工艺技术将为尿素生产技术的新发展作出重要贡献。 Since the industrialization of the most competitive CO_2 stripping urea technology in the mid sixties, five process flow schemes have been advanced successively by 30 years' improvement and development. A-mong them,the flow scheme of N = 3 had not popularized due to economic reasons, though it is effective in energy savings. The improved CO_2 stripping process of new generation is a modern technology of nineties. However,the important contributions to the new development of urea production technology will be made with Urea - 2000 plus?process-the superb process technology.
