摘要
结合某航天器类产品在总装过程中遇到的实际问题,介绍了运用虚拟现实技术建立虚拟装配应用系统的主要作用,虚拟装配系统功能、关键技术、系统组成、应用流程,以及应用实效。该应用系统在提高复杂产品装配工艺设计质量,减少操作返工,缩短研制和批次制造周期等方面发挥了重要作用。
According to the actual problem met in general assembly of a certain aircraft, the function of virtual assembly system, key technology, formation of the system, application process, actual effect of application, and the main function of establishment of virtual assembly application system by way of virtual reality are introduced. This application system plays an important part in improving the quality of technological process of complicated product assembly, reducing operation returns, shortening the period of development and batch process, etc.
