摘要
采用正交试验的方法设计了以ABA水溶液对毛白杨枝条进行水培的处理条件,并让每个处理接受两种低温条件,用电导法测定其伤害程度,得出冰冻1h和3h条件下的最佳水培条件为:ABA浓度30umol/L,无光照条件下水培2h。分别研究了脱落酸浓度、水培时间、水培光照条件对植物抗冻性的影响。
Growth of Populus tomentosa water cultivation with abscisic acid solutions were studied by orthognal experiment under two kinds of low temperature conditions. Through the electric conductivity method, the optimum water cultivation condition like 30umol/L ABA, cultivated for 2h under no light was better for its growth. The effects of concentrations of ABA, periods of cultivation and light conditions upon plant anti -frozen were also studied.
