Qualitative Identification of γ-Linolenic Acid in Pine Nut Oil by TLC and GC

目的对松籽油中γ-亚麻酸进行鉴别。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法和气相色谱(GC)法鉴别γ-亚麻酸甲酯。结果应用GC法能够鉴别出γ-亚麻酸甲酯,TLC法斑点清晰。结论对松籽油中γ-亚麻酸进行质量鉴别的两种方法可行。

Objective To identify γ- linolenie acid in pine nut oil by TLC and GC. Methods TLC and GC were used for the identification of γ- methyl linotenate. Results GC could identify γ- methyl linotenic, the spots were clear by TLC. Conclusion TLC and GC are simple, fast with exact result.
