摘要
目的用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定消炎止咳片的盐酸麻黄碱含量。方法色谱柱为AlltechC18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(5∶95),检测波长为207nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果盐酸麻黄碱质量浓度线性范围为4.34～26.04μg/mL(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.58%,RSD为1.36%。结论HPLC法精密度好,结果准确,可作为消炎止咳片的盐酸麻黄碱含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaoyanzhike Tablet. Methods Alltech C18 column（ 150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm） was used, acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphoric acid（5 ： 95 ） as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 207 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 4.34- 26.04μg/mL（ r =0. 999 9）. The average recovery rate was 99.58%, RSD was 1.36%. Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable. It can be used for the quality control of Xiaoyanzhike Tablet.
