摘要 鄂北大牛地气田储层物性较差、含气层系多、单层自然产能低,必须进行压裂改造增产措施才能提高气产量。多层合压由于隔层应力不同,存在压裂改造不均的情况,影响压裂效果。为了使各单层得到均衡改造,充分发挥其生产潜力,提高单井产量,降低成本,改善区块整体开发效果,引进了一次不动管柱分层压裂工艺,并在DK22井试验成功。通过对压裂管柱、施工过程的分析,总结了施工的经验和不足。 Due to the bad physical properties and many gas-bearing zones and low natural productivity of individual zone of the reservoirs in gas field of Da Niudi in the northern Ordos basin, in order to increase gas production, well stimulation like fracturing reconstruction should be carried out. Because stresses in barrier beds are different during multi-layer fracturing together, fracturing reconstruction in multi-layer is different, which influences the effect of fracturing. In order to evenly reconstruct each separated layer, develop the potential of its production, improve production of individual well, reduce cost, and improve integrated development effect of the block, the technology of separate-layer fracturing of unmovable pipe string is introduced and application test in well DK22 is successful. Through the analysis of fracturing pipe string and its operation, experiences and shortage of the operation are summarized.
