摘要
[目的]测定朝鲜族新生儿脐带血血红蛋白中γ^G137(γ^G136+γ^A136)比值,并分析其意义.[方法]采用血红蛋白解链、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离法和电泳光密度法测定160例延边朝鲜族新生儿脐带血血红蛋白中γ^G137(γ^G136+γ^A136)的比值[结果]1例(0.63%)γ^G137(γ^G136++γ^A136)比值在20%~48%区间;其余159例(99.37%)比值在50%~80%区间,平均比值为66.40%±3.90%.[结论]朝鲜族新生儿血红蛋白γ^G137(γ^G136+γ^A136)比值与国内其他民族间存在差异.
OBJECTIVE To determine γ^G136/γ^A136 ratio in haemoglobin (Hb) of cord blood of Korean- Chinese neonates, Yabina, and to discuss its clinical significanse. METHODS Hb chain were separated by modified method of Rovera and PAGE, and the quantitation of globin chain composition was scaned by BioSpectrum(r)AC Imaging Systerm of UVP in 160 cases of Korean-Chinese neonates. RESULTS The ratio in one case (0.63 % ) was under 20 % -- 48 % , and in 159 cases (99.37 % ) were under 50 -- 80 %, average ratio was 66.40 % + 3.90 %. CONCLUSION The Hb (γ^G136/γ^A136) ratio of core blood of Korean-Chinese neonates, Yanbian, is difference than other nationalities .
