在体大鼠神经-骨骼肌标本制作及收缩能力的测定

The method of detect rat's nerve-skeletal muscle contractility in vivo

[目的]探讨在体大鼠神经-骨骼肌标本制作方法.[方法]腹腔注射给予大鼠氯醛糖进行麻醉,切开后肢背侧皮肤,分离坐骨神经干,只留下支配腓肠肌和比目鱼肌的神经,剥离带有血管和神经的腓肠肌和比目鱼肌标本;利用多道生理记录仪记录骨骼肌收缩曲线.[结果]所采用的方法制作标本简便,收缩力学实验数据可靠.

OBJECTIVE To introduce the prepareing method of nerve-skeletal muscle sample in rat in vivo METHODS After anesthetizing with chloralose by intraperitoneal injection, the hindlimb dorsi-skin of rat was slit, sciatic nerve trunk was separated, sural nerve and soleus muscular nerve branch stem were only stayed, and soleus and gastrocnemius with blood vessels and nerves were dissected. After appropriate physiological stimulation, the skeletal muscle contraction curve was record by using multichannel recorder. CONCLUSION This method is easy to make the sample and the contractive experimental data is trustworthy .
