复方泥鳅粉对小鼠高温及低温缺氧耐受性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]探讨复方泥鳅粉对小鼠在高温及低温条件下耐缺氧能力.[方法]灌胃给予小鼠不同剂量的复方泥鳅粉(400,800 mg/kg),连续10 d,末次给药1 h后,进行耐高低温实验.[结果]复方泥鳅粉大、小剂量组小鼠在高、低温及缺氧条件下存活时间均较对照组延长.[结论]复方泥鳅粉可提高高温及低温条件下小鼠的耐缺氧能力,且呈量效关系. OBJECTIVE To discuss the influence of the compound loach powder to hypoxia tolerance function under high and low temperature in mice. METHODS? The different dosage (400 mg/kg & 800 mg/kg) of the compound loach powder was performed by intragastric administration for continuous 10 days, and after 1 hour of administration, the high and low temperature experiment was carried out. RESULTS The compound loach powder could obviously lengthen the mice to bear the high and low temperature hypoxia survival time. CONCLUSION The compound loach powder can enhance hypoxia tolerance degree under the high and low temperature, and has dose effect relationship.
