朝鲜族和汉族成人肥胖分布特征及影响因素研究 被引量:2

Study on distributional characteristics of obesity and its related factors in adult of Korean-Chinese and Han nationalities

摘要 [目的]比较分析朝鲜族和汉族人群的不同类型肥胖分布特征,并探讨相关因素.[方法]于2004年8月—2005年8月间在延边地区图们市和安图县4个镇内采取单纯随机原则抽取30岁以上的朝鲜族和汉族人群1 786名,测量身高、体重、腰围及臀围等体格指标,检测甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及血糖等生物化学指标.[结果]汉族男女整体型肥胖标准化患病率显著高于朝鲜族;朝鲜族女性以WHR,WHtR为诊断指标的向心型肥胖的粗患病率高于汉族女性,而朝鲜族男女向心型肥胖标准化患病率均显著高于汉族.分别以整体型肥胖及向心性肥胖为因变量进行Logistic回归分析,以BMI为因变量时,最终被选入方程的因素有民族、性别、年龄,TC,HDL,TG,FBG,SBP,DBP;以WHR为因变量时,因素为性别、年龄,HDL,TG,FBG,DBP;以WHtR为因变量时,因素为民族、性别、年龄,TC,HDL,TG,FBG,DBP.[结论]延边地区朝鲜族和汉族人群不同类型肥胖分布特征间存在差异,而不同类型肥胖的影响因素亦有所不同. OBJECTIVE To analyze the distributional characteristics of different types of obesity and its related factors among adult of Korean-Chinese (KCN) and Han nationality (HN) in countryside community of Yanbian area. METHODS 1)Using simple randomized principia, 1 786 people of KCN and HN aged ≥30 years from August 2004 to August 2005 in four town of Antu and Tumen, Vanbian were selected. 2)It was measured that the body height, body mass index (BMI), waistline and hipline and detected that triglyceride, high density lipoproteins cholesterol (HDL-C) and blood glucose, etc. RESULTS The age adjusted rates of BMI≥25 kg/m^2 in the HN were significantly higher than that in the KCN. The rate of crude of WHR and W/Ht ratio in the KCN was significantly higher than that in the HN among female and the age adjusted prevalence was significantly higher than that in the Hn in both sex. The results of multiple factors analysis showed that the factors selected finally into the equation separately were the BMI as nationality, sex, age, TC, HDL-C, TG, FBG, SBP, DBP; the WHR as sex, age, HDL-C, TG, FBG, DBP; the W/Ht ratio as nationality, sex, age,TC, HDL-C, TG, FBG, DBP. CONCLUSION The distributional characteristics of the different types of obesity have significant racial difference. Relationship between the different types of obesity and its related factors is different.
