骨锚钉治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤16例

Treatment of 16 caese of medial collaternal ligament damage with anchor screw

[背景]探讨关节膝内侧副韧带重建的手术方法和疗效．[病例报告]采用带有2条不可吸收线的骨锚钉对16例膝关节内侧副韧带损伤进行修补，重建韧带，术后随访3～12个月，Lysholm评分结果优者为15例，良者为1例．[讨论]利用骨锚钉治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤具有操作简便，创伤小，固定可靠，并发症少等优点．

BACKGROUND To explore the surgical techniques and treatment result of reconstruction medial collaternal ligament （MCL） damage with anchor screw. CASE REPORTS 16 cases of medial collaternal ligament damage were treated using anchor screw which taken two non-absorbable lines. The followed up period ranged from 3 to 12 months with an average of 6 months in all 16 patients, in which 15 cases were excellent and one case was good while the function of knee joint was evaluated with Lysholm knee scoring scale. DISCUSSION The treatment of medial collaternal ligament damage with anchor screw is simple and minimally invasive with reliable fixation, few complications. It is a effect method for treatment of MCL damage.
