摘要
对[(Fe1-xCox)0.75B0.2Si0.05]96Nb4(x=0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4)金属玻璃在1kHz^15MHz间的磁谱进行了研究,该系列金属玻璃的磁谱是典型的德拜型谱线。由于钴元素的添加,表现出较高的弛豫频率(f0)和较高的电阻率(ρRT),但是复数磁导率实部幅值降低。当x=0.4时,弛豫频率达到最大值1.1×106Hz。电阻率随着钴元素加入从212μΩ.cm增加到272μΩ.cm。
The complex permeability of metallic glassy alloys [(Fe1-xCox)0.75B0.2Si0.05]96Nb4(x=0. 1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) were investigated in frequency range from 1kHz-15MHz. The permeability spectra were typical Debye type. As the substitution of Co, glassy alloys exhibit higher relaxation frequency (f0) and resistivity (ρRT), With the increase of Co substitutions, the amplitude of decreases and f0 shifts to the high frequency range. Relaxation frequency fo hits the maximum of 1.1 × 10^6 Hz atx= 0. 4. The electrical resistivity (ρRT) rises from 212-272μΩ cm with the Co substitutions increase.
