经甲苯刻蚀后中间相沥青的低温转化行为 (2)中间相沥青族组成对其性质的影响

摘要 考察了经甲苯刻蚀后中间相沥青性质的变化规律,包括软化点、各向异性含量及其形态的变化.研究结果表明.甲苯可溶组份含量的微小变化对中间相沥青性质的影响是巨大的,太高或太低的甲苯可溶组份含量都不利于中间相的良好“发育”。当甲苯可溶组份含量合适时,不仅能够提供一个合适的粘度范围,使平面大分子顺利完成有序排列,而且尺寸相对较小的TS分子也能参与这种有序排列。 After mesophase pitch was etched by toluene, its properties including softening point,anisotropic content and anistropic texture were investigated. Results indicated that its properties wereobviously influenced by tiny variation of TS wt%. Both too much or too less of TS wt% was unfavorable for superior development of mesophase. When TS wt% was proportional, it provided a suitableviscosity range, not only lagger planar aromatic rings were stacked approximately parallel to each other, but also relative smaller TS constituent molecules were oriented though π-π band interaction.Eventually, bulk mesophase with better molten fluidity and excellent optical texture(isochramatic domain larger than 300× 100um) was formed.
