钛阳极氧化制备TiO_2-PTFE复合氧化膜及其微观特征 被引量:8

摘要 探讨了在不同电流、电解液浓度下,对钛表面进行阳极氧化所制得的氧化膜的结构与工艺参数之间的关系。然后,在硫酸电解液中添加聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)乳液,从而在钛表面制备TiO2-PTFE复合薄膜。用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)等对薄膜的微观特征进行表征。扫描电镜结果显示,所获得的氧化物为多孔结构薄膜,孔径为200~300nm,有利于电解液中超细颗粒的填充。添加PTFE乳液后,钛阳极氧化膜的孔隙部分或全部被PTFE微粒填充。XPS分析结果表明氧化膜内含有F元素。 In this work, the composite anodizing film of TiO2-PTFE is prepared by adding the polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) emulsion into the sulphuric acid electrolyte. The structure, component, and mieromorphology of the films were investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and scan electronic microscope (SEM). The SEM results showed that, many small holes could be seen on the titanium surface. The hole size is about from 200-300nm in diameter, while adding PTFE into electrolyte liquid, films holes may be fully filled with PTFE particles whose diameter was about 150nm. The XPS analysis indicated that the F element is existed in films. Furthermore, this work discussed the relationship of the structure of the anodizing films and the technics parameters of different current and the electrolyte concentration.
