摘要
研究了树状大分子PAMAM(G=1)通过其外围的氨基与中氮茚衍生物(PIN)相互作用而自组装的行为。这一自组装实现了对树状大分子的表面修饰,因而实现了其由水相向油相的转移。油相中PIN的紫外吸收增强而荧光削弱直至猝灭,且变化的程度与PAMAM(G=1)的浓度有直接关系的监测结果,证实这一转移的发生。
The self-assemble behavior between dendrimer of PAMAM(G=1) and Indolizine were studied, which realize the peripheral modifying for PAMAM(G=1) and the transfer of PAMAM(G= 1) from water to oil phase. The results of the increase of the UV absorbance of PIN and the decrease of its fluorescent in oil phase , and their changing degree is connected with the concentration of PAMAM(G=1), which all prove the phase transfer had happened.
