摘要
对多组分碲卤基红外玻璃的物性进行了系统的研究,讨论了引入Ge和As组分后对玻璃的转变温度、热分解性质、红外截止波长、密度等物性随组成的变化规律。研究结果表明:多组分碲卤基玻璃GeAsSeTeI系统具有较高的玻璃转变温度,良好的抗析晶能力和抗热分解稳定性,且其多声子吸收边在17μm附近,因而是适于拉制中远红外光纤的材料。
The properties of the multicomponent tellurium halide based infrared(IR)glasses were studied systematically.The effects of glass composition on density,transition temperature,thermal decomposition and IR cut off wavelength were discussed.The results indicate that the Ge As Se Te I system glass is good mid and far IR optical fiber materials with higher glass transition temperature,good thermal stability,and multi phonon absorption edge in the vicinity of 17μm.
