摘要
研究了反应物组成、支撑体处理条件和合成时间(次数)对有支撑ZSM5沸石膜形成的影响。结果表明:支撑体的处理条件对ZSM5沸石膜的形成影响很大,只有经适当的碱处理并充分清洗的支撑体表面才能形成与其结合牢固的纯ZSM5沸石膜;仅经过一次水热合成沸石晶体通常不足以把支撑体表面完全覆盖,而将一次合成的带支撑膜再进行第二次水热合成时,可使沸石膜的厚度大大增加并完全覆盖支撑体表面。
Effects of composition of the precursors,treatment conditions for the supports and time of hydrothermal synthesis on the formation of zeolite membranes were studied.The results show that the treatment condition for the supports has significant influence on the formation of zeolite membranes.Only on those supports which have been treated by alkali solution and thoroughly washed,pure zeolite membranes firmly adhering to the support could be prepared.The surface of the supports could hardly be fully covered by pure zeolite membranes through hydrothermal synthesis once only, and long time synthesis would result in impurity phases.Pure zeolite membranes fully covering the surface of the supports may be obtained by twice hydrothermal synthesis.
