In the fields of mathematics, physics, engineering and production management, random simulation methods are wildly used in these years. The basic ideas are creating a probability model or sample testing to calculate the statistical characteristics of parameters, Then the approximation of equations will be given. Based on random simulation method, discussed the method of calculating definite integral using Visual Basic for Applications （ VBA ） programs with Excel software. One example was given to show that the method is effective.
