摘要
介绍了用锁相放大器来研究金红石相TiO2陶瓷的电导、介电损耗、介电常数的实部和虚部的湿度响应,以及表面处理对该湿度响应的影响。提出的“TiO2陶瓷水分子薄膜”模型能很好地解释实验结果。
The humidity response caused by conductivity and dissipation,which occur in the real and imaginary parts of a dielectric constant in titania ceramics,was investigated using lockin amplifier.The effect of surface treatment on the humidity response was also considered.The calculated results from a simple model of a watermoleculefilmsensorsystem given by the paper are in good agreement with all the experimental results.The paper indicates that water vapor molecules adsorbed on the sensor surface play a very important role in the humidity response process.
