摘要
本实验采用自制的小型混合机对PP/PS、PP/PS、PP/HIPS、PP/PVC和PP/CPE五种共混合金体系进行共混,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对共混合金的亚微观相态进行了观察。实验结果表明,本小型混合机具有良好的分散混合效果,用其制备的高分子共混合金的分散相粒子的平均粒径在亚微米级,平均粒径近似于工业双螺杆挤出机的混合效果。这种自制的小型混合机能够适合试验室中研究高分子合金及复合材料的研究需要,因为它的试验料用量只有几克。
Blending is a very developing and vigorous method to create new materals with better performance than existing polymers. Because a small quantity of polymer materials was required in laboratory research, a self-designed multifunctional mini-mixer was used to blend five PP blends (PP/PS, PP/HIPS, PP/HDPE, PP/PVC and PP/CPE). The morphology of the blends and diameter of dispersed phase particles were investigated with SEM By counting the diameter of dispersed-phase particles and comparing with twin-screw extruder,the blending effectiveness of the self-designed mini-mixer was evaluated.
