摘要 为了分析NRID主成分炔诺酮在山羊体内的释放规律,春季在甘肃天水用本地山羊、秋季在四川成都用关中奶山羊各108只进行体内试验。试验羊在同一天阴道放置羊用NRID,以放置NRID当天为0 d,从放置NRID的次日(1 d)起,每天分别随机取出6只羊的NRID,直到18 d全部回收结束。在实验室用丙酮溶解,并用紫外线分光光度仪测定每枚NRID内炔诺酮剩余量,计算每枚NRID内炔诺酮释放量,模拟分析NRID主成分炔诺酮在山羊体内的释放规律。结果表明,在春季和秋季,山羊体内放置的NRID中,炔诺酮的总释放规律是前期释放速度较快,之后释放速度逐渐降低,并呈现缓慢持续释放的特点。由此可以估测山羊阴道内每天NRID中炔诺酮的释放量,并可为建立NRID的应用程序提供理论依据。 One hundred and eight local goats selected in Tianshui city of Gansu Province in spring and 108 Guanzhong milk goats in autumn were used to investigate the norgestrel release patterns of norgestrel releasing intra-vaginal device (NRID) in vivo. The day the NRIDs were placed into vagina of the experi- mented goats was regarded as the 0 day of experimentation. From the ith day to the 18th day,the NRID of 6 sheeps were removed at same time of every day,then further study was carried out in vivo. The release pat- terns of norgestrel in NRID in vivo were simulated after the norgestrel in NRID was dissolved by acetone and the rest of norgestre was determined by Ultraviolet Ray Spectrometer. The results showed that, the norgestrel release quantity in NRID was higher in the first stage,and then declined gradually,and it was a persistent releasing. The study investigated the norgestrel release patterns of NRID in vivo. Therefore the release quantity of norgestrel in NRID every day can be estimated,and the theoretical basis can be provided for establishing the application programme of NRID.
