大蒜叶枯病菌毒素产生条件的研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了筛选大蒜叶枯病菌培养的最佳产毒条件,从田间发病的大蒜叶片上分离、鉴定得到大蒜叶枯病菌菌株,利用大葱种子发芽法研究培养条件(培养基、培养温度、光照、振荡、培养基pH值、培养时间)对大蒜叶枯病菌菌株产毒能力的影响。结果表明,大蒜叶枯病菌的最佳产毒培养条件为:Czapek-Dox液体培养基、培养温度24℃、培养基pH值6.0~7.0、连续黑暗振荡培养,在以上条件下培养20d时大蒜叶枯病菌产生粗毒素的毒性最强。 In order to screen the optimum conditions of toxin production by the Sternphyliurn vesicari- urn (Wallr) Simmons, Sternphyliurn vesicariurn (Wallr) Simmons was isolated from field infected garlic leaves and identified in lab. The conditions of crude toxin production by the Sternphyliurn vesicariurn (Wallr) Simmons, including medium, culture temperature, lightening, vibration, culture duration and pH value were systematically studied by Welsh onion seed germination test of the toxin toxicity. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the pathogen culture to produce crude toxin were Czapek-Dox liq- uid medium,medium pH 6.0-7.0,culture temperature 24 ℃ ,with successive darkness and vibration dur- ing culture. Under the above conditions,the production of crude toxin reached the highest level on the 20th day of culture.
